Graphic Panels – Description
Promo1 Products have unique possiblity to change your marketing message in a very simple way. Within seconds you can put the magnetic, PVC graphic panels into the frames. Then, if necessary you can easily exchange these one by one, at will, according to your new product or service design.
Buying Mini Promo1, Promo1 Start, Promo1 Plus you are receiving a set of graphic panels, printed under your strict supervision. The projects are being prepared by our Graphic Team based on the files and suggestions provided by you. Everything finished with professional visualization to gain your final acceptance.

Payment rules
Clever Frame International as a worldwide recognizable Company puts special emphasis on the transparency of the sales process. Our financial policy is based on mutual trust where permanent business partners can count on flexible forms of financing their purchases. As trust is gained over time at the very beginning of the cooperation our new Clients are obliged to pay 100% downpayment for Clever Frame Products.
If you trade with our International Partners details of financial transactions are negotiated individually between committed parties.
Complaint process
1. The Client is obliged to file a complaint before the first use of the product in case of scratches,
dents or any mechanical damage to all of the items delivered.
2. According to the warranty policy of Clever Frame International all the aluminum elements of
Clever Frame® system (frames, profiles etc.) are protected by a 5 year warranty. The Client
can file a complaint regarding the aluminum elements of the system up to 5 years since the
date of purchase. The warranty doesn’t cover non standard elements manufactured upon the
client’s request (not listed in the current Clever Frame Price Lists).
3. The complaint has to be filed via e-mail (complaints@cleverframe.com) and has to include a
filled out Complaint Form (available on modularpromo.com website) and photos detailing the
defects in the faulty items. If there is a fault in dimension of the element it is necessary to
attach a scale to a faulty item and take a picture that also has to be a part of a complaint.
4. Considering any product manufactured using aluminum profiles (frames, square profiles,
lateral support profiles etc.). Clever Frame International assumes the acceptable margin of
manufacturing error to be:
– permissible deviation of the length of a single profile is +/-1,2 mm
– permissible deviation of the diameter of the technical and connector holes is +/- 0,2 mm
– permissible deviation of the spacing of the technical and connector holes is +/- 0,5 mm
– After receiving a completely documented complaint and accepting it by Clever Frame
International the following occurs: The Client prepares the faulty items for shipping back to
Clever Frame International and CFI organizes pick up of faulty items and replaces them with
new ones. The cost of shipping the faulty items and replacement is fullly covered by Clever
Frame International.
6. The amount of replacement items will be directly proportional to the amount of faulty items
shipped back to Clever Frame International.
7. Considering international trade law we would like to emphasize that the complaint procedure
does not release the Client from the obligation to pay for the received order. We ask that you
do not consider launching the complaint procedure as unequivocal with suspending or
changing the due payment deadlines. The payment conditions are set in the Order
Agreement and the complaint procedure does not change them.
8. If any products are damaged during transportation which has been organized by Clever Frame
International then Clever Frame International will only accept a complaint if the Client
provides a protocol of damages or any other documents necessary for filing a complaint with
the transportation company. It is important to check all the elements upon arrival in the
presence of the Courier or any person delivering the items.

Our sales team will take care of the entire shipping process, starting with the order organization, processing of the shipment and final pick up of the goods at the address indicated by the Buyer. We use the largest providers of transport services in the world, giving you the confidence that the products will arrive intact and on time.
Depending on the size of the order, delivery time is precised individually.
5-year Warranty
Clever Frame System (incl. Promo1 Products) is based on aluminium profiles formed in frames of different shapes and sizes. All the elements are produced in Poland (UE) which gives us the certainty that our products have the highest quality and meet all European safety standards.
