The administrator of your personal data is Module Plan sp. Z o.o., registered at ul. Fabryczna 20a, 53-609 in Wrocław, under KRS number 0000603975. The company’s registered office is at Grota Roweckiego 203, 52-214 in Wrocław.
Any questions regarding the processing of your personal data can be directed to our data protection inspector at the email address rodo@cleverframe.com or by calling the company’s office at +48 71 789 5001. The personal data provided by you will be processed by us only for the purpose of communicating commercial offers regarding our products and services, and – naturally – for carrying out your orders. Due to our products are covered by warranty, your personal data will be stored by us – if you buy our products – until the warranty period expires. We do so to be able to fulfill our obligations.
Module Plan always operates based on your consent.
We will not share your personal data with anyone. The only entity from outside the European Union with whom we cooperate in the field of personal data is the supplier of our CRM system, ZOHO Corp. Its secure servers are in the United States. The company is listed in the US government privacy register, confirming the adaptation of the requirements of certified entities to the European GDPR.
It may happen that in order to fulfill your order, your personal data will be forwarded, for example, to a courier or other entity, but in each case we use your consent and have contracts to entrust personal data. All contracts are signed in accordance with the GDPR policy .
We will store your personal information until you withdraw your consent. You always have the right to access, view and rectify your data. You can also object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
If you express this need, we will transfer your personal information to another company that you would like to cooperate with. The fact that you provided us with your personal information does not result from any legal obligation and is your voluntary choice. We do not use “profiling” in any way, that is, we do not use the history of our contacts or your purchases to communicate information related to these facts. The cookies we use on our websites are only for website traffic analytics and are not related to the profiling of visitors. Our websites are also secured with SSL certificates.
